City of Havelock issued the following announcement on Dec. 11.
Make Havelock Businesses Shine is a "LIVE" window display decorating contest for businesses.
Citizens may view the completed displays on December 16th from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. in a community ride-along parade.
This parade is self-led using a map that lists participating businesses.

Vehicles are required to drive in the right lane with flashers on at all times while viewing displays.
