Kimberly McCaslin, a partner and head of the North America Portfolio Group at Bain Capital, is set to deliver the keynote address for the 2025 Hylton Lecture at Wake Forest University School of Business. The lecture will take place on April 10 at 5 p.m. in Farrell Hall’s Broyhill Auditorium on the Reynolda Campus.
The Hylton Lecture Series was established in 1980 to honor Delmar P. Hylton, who founded Wake Forest's accountancy program in 1949 and played a significant role in its development into one of the nation's top accounting programs.
McCaslin has been with Bain Capital since 2006 and has significantly contributed to the company's success. Her previous roles include Vice President of M&A and Corporate Development for Capital One Financial and Principal at Mercer Management Consulting. She began her career at Accenture, focusing on business process redesign and financial systems development.
McCaslin holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Wake Forest University, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa, and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
