City of Albemarle issued the following announcement on Jan. 30.
For the next 2 to 4 hours water line repairs will impact service for customers in the areas of 2nd Avenue, 600 block of North 1st Street, and Greenwood Street and Pennington Road. Crews are working to repair three water line leaks. Our repair crews have been busy overnight. They fixed three other water line leaks in other parts of the City.
