City of Cary issued the following announcement on Sep 3.
Beginning Saturday, September 4, work on Carpenter Upchurch Road between Morrisville Parkway and 2721 Carpenter Upchurch could result in some traffic delays throughout the rest of the month.
The road will be open to thru traffic and work will largely take place on the shoulder, but some flagging operations may be in place at times, especially on weekdays between 9 a.m. - 4 p.m
Work is expected to wrap up on October 1, weather and conditions permitting.
