Town of Cary issued the following announcement on Jul. 23.
Do you have unused or expired medicine you need to dispose of safely? While Cary Police Department is no longer accepting drop-offs at Town Hall, you can safely drop them off at a participating Controlled Substance Public Disposal location. Cary PD will continue to host semi-annual pill take back events in coordination with National Pill Take Back Day.
