An issue affecting the phone system of the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality's Division of Marine Fisheries' Observer Trip Scheduling System has been resolved. Fishermen can now use the phone number 833-487-8747 to log their gill net fishing plans. The web portal at dmf.ncdenr.org/OTSSPublic continues to be available as an alternative.
