Washington, D.C. — On July 12, Senator Ted Budd (R-NC) met with Ambassador Ramon Martinez of Panama.

Senator Budd said in a statement:

“I’d like to thank Ambassador Martinez for visiting with me today. I shared my observations from my March CODEL to South America, and we also discussed several bilateral issues between our countries, including regional security, migration, and economic cooperation. Panama is an important regional partner for the United States, and I look forward to maintaining strong relations between our two nations.”
