Charlotte Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on Nov. 4
Atrium Health has partnered with the Charlotte Sports Foundation (CSF) and the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) to sponsor the race scheduled for the morning of the ACC Football Championship Game, it was announced today by CSF officials. The ACC Fan 5K and Kids Mascot Run Presented by Atrium Health will take place on Saturday, December 7, 2019 at 8:00 a.m. in Uptown Charlotte. The race is part of the fan festivities leading up to the ACC Football Championship Game that evening.
“We are very excited to have a civic leader such as Atrium Health become our partner for the ACC Fan 5K and Kids Mascot Run Presented by Atrium Health,” said Danny Morrison, Executive Director of CSF. “This is another example of Atrium Health’s emphasis on wellness and physical fitness in our community. This is a fun event that also highlights our great city.”
