A section of a road in New Hanover County is set to close temporarily as the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) undertakes improvement work. Sidbury Road, located near Old Dairy Farm Road, will be inaccessible to traffic from February 10 to February 28.
During this period, NCDOT plans to replace an existing pipe with a larger one to enhance water flow in the area. Drivers are advised to be cautious around working crews and reduce speed. Commuters should also anticipate longer travel times and plan accordingly.
