North Carolina has 18 basketball players on the court in this year’s women’s NCAA March Madness tournament

North Carolina is being represented by 18 players in the NCAA women’s basketball tournament.

Texas will have the most players on the hard court during this year's tournament with 68 players, followed by California with 55.

There are no players from Wyoming and New Mexico competing this year.

Charlotte and Raleigh are the most popular hometowns for NCAA players from North Carolina in the tournament.
