City of Albemarle issued the following announcement on Sept. 13.
You're invited to celebrate our nation's constitution on Saturday, September 17, at 4 p.m. at the Charters of Freedom at City Hall in Albemarle.
The National Society Daughters of the American Revolution will ring bells to mark the 235th anniversary of the drafting of the Constitution of the United States of America by the Constitutional Convention.
Albemarle City Council recently declared September 17-23, 2022, to be Constitution Week.
