City of Archdale issued the following announcement on Aug. 9.
We have recently been made aware of the mailed utility billing statements being delayed.
We apologize for the inconvenience as we are working on reissuing your paper billing statements.
In the meantime, we have several options for making your Utility Payments in a timely manner.
You can check your current balance online at www.archdale-nc.gov. Payments are accepted via the online portal, by mail, the drop box, or in person at City Hall.
Please include the account holder’s name and account number on the mailed or drop box payments.
