City of Belmont issued the following announcement on July 9.
We are aware that customers are having issues making their utility payments online when logging into the WaterSmart portal.
The issues with the website should be corrected overnight.
For those that pay your water bills online, please try again tomorrow.
Any late fees are not added to utility accounts until the 15th of the month.
