The song talks about another day, another dollar -- but for Rosa Lilly, another day brought her $2 million.

Lilly is the North Carolina Education Lottery’s latest “Bigger $pin Live Event” winner.

“I’m so excited right now, it just feels great,” Lilly said, according to CBS17.com.

She won the money by spinning the giant prize wheel on July 13. The Mount Gilead resident won the top prize in the game. Lilly, a retired certified nursing assistant, is the first $2 million winner in the history of the event.

Lilly’s luck started when she won $50,000 on a $10 Bigger $pin scratch-off ticket. That was added to the $1.95 million from the big spin. She ended up taking home $1,420,274 after taxes, according to the North Carolina Education Lottery.

She told the lottery commission she has big plans for her winnings, including a vacation, updating her house, buying a new car and donating some money to her church and family.

Lilly was the fourth big wheel winner. The first winners came in November, when a retired Greensboro postal worker won $900,000 and a Durham cook won $400,000. The second spin event was in January, when a manufacturing plant worker in Fayetteville won $500,000.

There will two more chances in the future to win $2 million. "One more person can win a turn at the prize wheel on the scratch-off and  another person can win a turn in a second-chance drawing," says CBS17.com.
