City Of Burlington issued the following announcement on July 8.
Alright, folks. Today's the day. Its been on the TV, on the radio, in the papers, in your water bill, and on social - your recycling rates increase this month. Recycling costs are going up all over the country, but we were lucky that we locked in a very favorable rate for many years. That contract expired yesterday.
