Cooking for Thanksgiving? Don’t wash fats, oils, and grease (FOG) down the drain. If you have a half-gallon or more left over, help prevent clogged pipes by scraping excess oil into a plastic screw-cap container. Then, label it and request free pick-up via our online services portal or by calling 311. To learn more, visit townofcary.org/fog.
