Home prices increased in Charlotte during April 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Charlotte rose by $49,500 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $266,000 - a 22.9% increase over the $216,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Charlotte in April 2020.

The median sales tax in Charlotte for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,243, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for April 2021.
