Pricing for the median home in Wesley Chapel decreased during January 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Wesley Chapel fell by $1,500 while total sales decreased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $433,000 - a 0.3% decrease over the $434,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Wesley Chapel in January 2020.
