Home prices increased in Wesley Chapel during February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Wesley Chapel rose by $234,000 while total sales increased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $500,000 - a 88% increase over the $266,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Wesley Chapel in February 2020.
