Monroe median home prices rose by 4.2% in February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Monroe rose by $10,250 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $255,500 - a 4.2% increase over the $245,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Monroe in February 2020.

The median sales tax in Monroe for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,109, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for February 2021.
