Fairview median home prices fell by 21.8% in April 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Fairview fell by $90,000 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $322,500 - a 21.8% decrease over the $412,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Fairview in April 2020.

The median sales tax in Fairview for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,741, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for April 2021.
