2019: Mineral Springs experienced a 10.9% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Mineral Springs fell by $36,000 while total sales increased by 2.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 42 homes sold, with a median sale price of $294,000 - a 10.9% decrease over the $330,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in Mineral Springs in 2018.
