2019: Marshville experienced a 2.6% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Marshville fell by $4,000 while total sales decreased by 44.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 52 homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000 - a 2.6% decrease over the $154,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 93 homes sold in Marshville in 2018.
