Home prices increased in Indian Trail during the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Indian Trail rose by $20,000 while total sales decreased by 4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 316 homes sold, with a median sale price of $265,000 - a 8.2% increase over the $245,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 329 homes sold in Indian Trail in the second half of 2018.

The median sales tax in Indian Trail for 2019 was $1,509. In 2018, the median sales tax was $1,508. This marks an increase of 0.1%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 0.6%.
