How did home prices perform in Fairview during the second half of 2019?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Fairview fell by $45,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $182,000 - a 20% decrease over the $227,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Fairview in the second half of 2018.

The median sales tax in Fairview for 2019 was $1,741. In 2018, the median sales tax was $1,687. This marks an increase of 3.2%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1%.
