The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Fairview rose by $268,000 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $637,500 - a 72.5% increase over the $369,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Fairview in July 2019, as well.
