Home prices increased in Monroe during July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Monroe rose by $18,250 while total sales decreased by 61.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $233,250 - a 8.5% increase over the $215,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 63 homes sold in Monroe in July 2019.

The median sales tax in Monroe for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,109, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for July 2020.
