How did home prices perform in Unionville during the fourth quarter of 2019?

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Unionville rose by $43,000 while total sales decreased by 11.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,000 - a 18.5% increase over the $232,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Unionville in the fourth quarter of 2018.
