Median home prices in Mineral Springs fell to $253,000 in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Mineral Springs fell by $83,500 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $253,000 - a 24.8% decrease over the $336,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Mineral Springs in the fourth quarter of 2018.
