The fourth quarter of 2019: Home prices in Marshville increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Marshville rose by $1,500 while total sales remained unchanged with 18 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000 - a 1% increase over the $148,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Marshville in the fourth quarter of 2018, as well.
