April 2021: Home prices in Matthews increased

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Matthews rose by $36,500 while total sales increased by 4.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were 43 homes sold, with a median sale price of $331,500 - a 12.4% increase over the $295,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in Matthews in April 2020.
