How did home prices perform in Charlotte during April 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Charlotte rose by $30,000 while total sales increased by 31%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were 1,437 homes sold, with a median sale price of $300,000 - a 11.1% increase over the $270,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 1,097 homes sold in Charlotte in April 2020.

The median sales tax in Charlotte for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,071, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for April 2021.
