Rising home prices in Davidson in May 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2021 in Davidson rose by $100,500 while total sales increased by 59.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2021, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $433,000 - a 30.2% increase over the $332,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Davidson in May 2020.
