On June 16, Marc A. King purchased a three bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 7929 Shady Oak TL 17, Charlotte from Vijay C. and Niranjana V. Nishawala for $142,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $627.14, 0.44% of the sale price of the home.

So far in June 2021, 115 properties sold in Charlotte.

According to the North Carolina State Board of Elections, Niranjana Vijay Nishawala has been registered to vote since 2012. Vijay Chhanabhai Nishawala has been registered to vote since 2004.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
