Lowell home prices rose in January 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Lowell rose by $137,000 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $246,000 - a 125.7% increase over the $109,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Lowell in January 2020.

The median sales tax in Lowell for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,488, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for January 2021.
