Mount Holly median home prices fell by 5.1% in January 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Mount Holly fell by $11,500 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $215,500 - a 5.1% decrease over the $227,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Mount Holly in January 2020.
