Stanley home prices fell in January 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Stanley fell by $25,000 while total sales increased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000 - a 14.3% decrease over the $175,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Stanley in January 2020.
