Home prices decreased in Lowell during February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Lowell fell by $36,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $182,500 - a 16.7% decrease over the $219,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Lowell in February 2020.
