February 2021: Home prices in Ranlo fell

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Ranlo fell by $24,250 while total sales decreased by 27.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $153,750 - a 13.6% decrease over the $178,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Ranlo in February 2020.

The median sales tax in Ranlo for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,590, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for February 2021.
