Bessemer City home prices rose in February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Bessemer City rose by $37,500 while total sales increased by 13.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $145,000 - a 34.9% increase over the $107,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Bessemer City in February 2020.
