How did home prices perform in Fallcrest during February 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Fallcrest rose by $7,500 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,000 - a 6.7% increase over the $112,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Fallcrest in February 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Fallcrest for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $793, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for February 2021.
