City of Albemarle issued the following announcement on Aug. 11.
Pursuant to North Carolina General Statute (N.C.G.S) § 143-318.12(b)(2), the City Council of the City of Albemarle is hereby notifying the public that it will hold a special meeting to consider an easement agreement with TEK Development, a property donation, and a closed session pursuant to N.C.G.S. 143-318.11(a)(6) - Personnel on Thursday, August 12, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. in City Hall, 144 North Second Street, Albemarle.
