What happened to the median home price in Harrisburg during 2019?

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Harrisburg rose by $35,500 while total sales increased by 7.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 464 homes sold, with a median sale price of $290,500 - a 13.9% increase over the $255,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 431 homes sold in Harrisburg in 2018.
