Mount Pleasant home prices fell in January 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Mount Pleasant fell by $149,000 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $79,000 - a 65.4% decrease over the $228,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Mount Pleasant in January 2020.

The median sales tax in Mount Pleasant for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,571, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for January 2021.
