Mount Pleasant median home prices rose by 130.3% in February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Mount Pleasant rose by $167,750 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $296,500 - a 130.3% increase over the $128,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Mount Pleasant in February 2020.

The median sales tax in Mount Pleasant for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,571, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for February 2021.
