February 2021: Kannapolis experienced a 3.8% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Kannapolis fell by $6,250 while total sales increased by 4.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were 68 homes sold, with a median sale price of $158,750 - a 3.8% decrease over the $165,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 65 homes sold in Kannapolis in February 2020.
