February 2021: Home prices in Davidson increased

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Davidson rose by $172,500 while total sales decreased by 34.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $505,000 - a 51.9% increase over the $332,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Davidson in February 2020.

The median sales tax in Davidson for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,445, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for February 2021.
