Median home prices in Cornelius rose to $305,000 in February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Cornelius rose by $30,000 while total sales decreased by 22.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were 55 homes sold, with a median sale price of $305,000 - a 10.9% increase over the $275,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 71 homes sold in Cornelius in February 2020.
