Home prices increased in Charlotte during February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Charlotte rose by $32,500 while total sales decreased by 18%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were 1,014 homes sold, with a median sale price of $267,500 - a 13.8% increase over the $235,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 1,236 homes sold in Charlotte in February 2020.

The median sales tax in Charlotte for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,071, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for February 2021.
