Ranlo home prices rise in July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Ranlo rose by $4,500 while total sales increased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $196,000 - a 2.3% increase over the $191,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Ranlo in July 2019.
